10 Markets Where Realtors Can Truly Thrive in 2025 — and Why I’m Only Hiring a Few in Each One
If you’re a real estate agent who wants to serve better clients, earn more consistent income, and stop competing for every scrap in a crowded MLS, then I want to introduce you to something very different and very real.
It’s called the Quantum REI Specialist opportunity, and it comes from my startup: The Quantum Funding Company. We exist to help real estate investors get fast, reliable funding, and we train a select group of Realtors in each market to serve those investors from the front lines.
These trained Realtors are called Quantum REI Specialists, or QRSs for short. They are not loan officers, and they are not asked to fund deals. They simply help Real Estate Investors:
Find off-market deals that investors want to buy.
Build relationships with serious buyers, including out-of-state and repeat investors.
Walk those buyers through the loan readiness process, enhancing my ability to get their deals get funded quickly.
QRSs get paid when deals close. Many of their investor clients buy and sell multiple times per year. Some buy homes sight unseen. The system is already working, and we are expanding.
But we are expanding strategically, not blindly. Below are the ten strongest markets (according to my thorough research) in the United States where a QRS can absolutely thrive in 2025. And for each of these cities, I’ll tell you the total number of QRSs the market can support, and then reveal how many I’m actually hiring to start.
This is your chance to secure one of those early positions.
Ten Real Estate Goldmines, and Why I’m Only Hiring a Few Agents in Each
(Note that I’m hiring fewer agents than are viable in each market. That’s because I want my agents to thrive!)
1. Charlotte, NC
Charlotte is one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. With a booming financial sector, a thriving construction economy, and rapid in-migration, it’s no wonder investors are pouring in. Inventory moves fast, and the rental market is strong.
Total agents that market could support: 6
QRSs I’m hiring in Charlotte right now: 3
2. Columbus, OH
Columbus combines affordability with growth. Investors love the steady appreciation, and rehabbers are active in the suburbs and urban pockets alike. Rents are strong, and investor activity continues to rise. I already have one QRS agent on the ground here, so you won’t be building alone — and because the city is partially covered, I’m only adding one or two more.
Total agents that market could support: 5
QRSs I’m hiring in Columbus right now: 1 or 2
I already have one on the ground in Columbus and this lady is a powerhouse! With her in your area you not only have a great opportunity in that market, but you have someone with amazing experience and know-how nearby!
3. Tampa, FL
Tampa is a red-hot rental market with year-round investor activity. Snowbirds, remote workers, and families relocating from other states are all fueling demand. Prices are still rising, and investors are looking for boots-on-the-ground help.
Total agents that market could support: 5
QRSs I’m hiring in Tampa right now: 2
4. Frisco / McKinney, TX
This high-growth North Dallas corridor is full of investor activity. With strong schools, master-planned communities, new construction, and above-average incomes, investors are flocking to both Frisco and McKinney for long-term rentals and fast flips. The combined strength of these twin cities makes this one of the most powerful REI zones in Texas.
Total agents that market could support: 5
QRSs I’m hiring in Frisco/McKinney right now: 2
5. Toledo, OH
Toledo is one of the highest-investor-share cities in the country, with over 30 percent of homes being bought by investors. The low price points and solid rents make it a cash-flow dream, but only for those who know how to find off-market deals.
Total agents that market could support: 4
QRSs I’m hiring in Toledo right now: 2
6. St. Petersburg, FL
This coastal market is attracting investors priced out of Miami and Tampa. Strong rent growth, rising values, and a huge influx of out-of-state buyers make St. Pete a powerful market to serve the investor community.
Total agents that market could support: 4
QRSs I’m hiring in St. Pete right now: 2
7. Cincinnati, OH
Investors love Cincinnati for its affordability, solid economy, and rehab-to-rent potential. It’s one of the Midwest’s most stable markets and is still underdeveloped in terms of Realtor support for investors. I already have one QRS agent on the ground here, so you’ll be joining an existing teammate — which is why I’m only adding one more.
Total agents that market could support: 4
QRSs I’m hiring in Cincinnati right now: 1
I currently have a QRS in Cincinnati (Colerain), and she’s going to blow the doors off that city…you should really join her!
8. Durham, NC
As part of the Research Triangle, Durham offers strong job growth, tech and university traffic, and a serious rental demand. Prices are rising fast, and investors need help finding properties before they hit the MLS.
Total agents that market could support: 3
QRSs I’m hiring in Durham right now: 1 or 2
9. Oklahoma City, OK
Oklahoma City is becoming one of the most overlooked but promising REI hubs in the U.S. It features a highly affordable housing stock, a strong rent-to-price ratio, and a diversified economy with job growth in energy, aerospace, logistics, and health care. Investors love the cash flow, and with a pro-landlord legal climate, this market is ideal for long-term buy-and-hold strategies. Yet there are very few Realtors who know how to work with investor clients here. That creates a powerful opening.

QRSs I’m hiring in Oklahoma City right now: 2
I lived in OKC for over 23 years and it’s my favorite city on earth. I’ve got several agents there who are interested, so if you want in, you’d better act fast.
10. Knoxville, TN
Knoxville is seeing a surge of interest due to affordability and migration from larger cities. Renters are staying longer, and properties under 350K still offer strong returns. Investors are actively buying, and they need the right Realtor partners.

QRSs I’m hiring in Knoxville right now: 1 or 2
Watch This Video That Gives The “Why”
This short video explains how our QRS system works, why we’re so selective, and how agents are using it to build careers they actually enjoy.
What Is a QRS, and Why Is It Different?
A QRS is not a team member, a loan officer, or a wholesaler. A Quantum REI Specialist is a trained, independent Realtor who follows our proven 1-2-3 system to serve real estate investors:
You learn how to find great deals that appeal to investors.
You build relationships with cash and private money buyers who close quickly.
You guide those buyers through our loan readiness process so they can get funded fast.
We fund their deals. You get paid your commissions. And best of all, many of these investors buy multiple homes per year, making you their go-to agent again and again.
And because we are a startup, we are hungry. We will fight to help you succeed with the same intensity that built this system in the first place.
About the $59 Monthly Commitment
Being part of the QRS system costs $59 per month. But this is not a subscription to a service or an app.
This is a professional access fee — like paying dues to the MLS, your broker, or the National Association of Realtors. It gives you access to our system, tools, training, deal analysis support, funding pipeline, and the territory we are reserving for a small group of agents in each city.
There are no setup fees, no upsells, and no contracts. Cancel anytime. But this is not for dabblers. That’s exactly why it works.
Ready to Apply? Here’s What to Do Next
If you're a real estate agent in one of the markets above, this is your moment. We are only hiring a small number of QRSs in each city. More may be added in the future, but only when our current agents become overwhelmed with volume.
This is your chance to secure a strategic seat early and become part of something bigger than just another transaction.
And if you’re a person of faith, pray about it. If you’re a person of logic, run the numbers. If you’re a person who trusts your gut, then trust it now.
Because in ten of the strongest investor markets in America, this window is open, but not for long.
