Congratulations! If you’re reading this, it means you’ve completed your initial interview and chosen to move forward. You’re now entering the Quantum Assessment Phase—an essential and eye-opening part of our hiring process.

You may recall that the word Quantum means “sudden and significant.” That’s exactly what this next step is designed to deliver: a sudden and significant shift in how you understand your strengths, tendencies, and potential—not just as a candidate, but as a person.

Why These Assessments Matter

At The Quantum Funding Company, we care deeply about two things:
1. Our culture.
2. Your growth.

To protect both, we don’t cut corners in hiring. We’ve developed a proprietary suite of six assessments to help us—and you—determine whether this is the right place for you to thrive.

These tests aren’t just corporate fluff. They’ve been refined over 14+ years, and we’ve seen them accurately reflect who people are, how they work, and whether they’ll gel with our unique culture. Please don’t take them lightly. We certainly don’t.

Expect to spend about 70-90 minutes completing them, and we ask that you do it in one sitting. This helps preserve the integrity of your responses.

Be Honest, Be You

These assessments only work if you’re completely honest. Don't try to "ace" them or select the answers you think we want to hear. Trust your instincts. Go with your gut.

Trying to “game” the assessments will only result in a mismatch that hurts both you and us. Cultural fit cannot be faked—not for long. If you're not aligned with who we are and how we operate, it will become clear soon after you start. We address cultural misfits quickly to protect the healthy, positive environment we've worked hard to build.

If that sounds too intense or not your style, that’s okay—better to know now. Feel free to exit the process. No hard feelings.
